YAO Pakistan operates on a democratic and meritocratic structure. The organization is led by a Core Committee elected for a 2-year tenure, overseen by an Advisory Board of senior professionals and academics.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for financial mismanagement. All donations are audited annually, and reports are made available to our registered members and major donors. We are currently in the process of renewing our formal NGO registration to comply with the latest regulations.
Our volunteers and staff adhere to a strict Code of Conduct that prioritizes the dignity of beneficiaries. We do not use poverty porn for marketing. All images of beneficiaries are taken with consent, and we strive to protect the identity of vulnerable individuals, especially women and children.
